After receipt of the advance, we produced the samples within 15 working days as discussed with the customer.

One fine day, a customer reached out to us and said you don’t need to send samples to us.

Can we get the samples approved by sending pictures and sharing the technical details of it?

Will that kind of arrangement be done? as it will save a lot of time for all of us and if the end-user still wants the samples they can be sent to them.

We were quite rigid initially but the customer’s concern made sense to us.

After producing the samples clicked through a professional photographer and send all the details to the customer.

We were surprised within 4 -5 days we received a confirmation that all the pictures are approved and we can start bulk production of the rest lot.

We started procuring the rest of the material and sublet few orders which we were not producing.

In 06 weeks straight we completed the order and shipped it to the customer.

The customer is now associated with us through multiple spares such as Idlers, Packing Plants spares such as Screening Mesh, Belts etc, Cement Silo Extraction Gates such as Manual Slide, Motorized Dosing Valve, Pneumatic Shut off the gate.
