60 % advance and 40 % after readiness of material with written Purchase Order for all new customers, some mutually discussed advance and rest standard 15 days credit with long term business partners. For Export customers we do have facility for payment against LC.

We accept all standard modes of payment which includes bank transfer(NEFT/RTGS), Direct Bank Transfer for export payments or as per mutually discussed with the customer.

Delivery time depends upon which product the customer is ordering, usually in case of packing plant spares these items are in ready stock or partially ready this takes within 7 -10 working days to dispatch the spares from our factory. Other general category spares are produced and dispatched within 30 - 60 days depending upon volume of order and production load at the time of receipt of order from customer.

There are rarely any chances for our product to get damaged. To ensure that there is no damage in transportation, we follow three layer packaging protocol.This packaging includes product packed with Bubble wrapping sheet then placed in gunny bags and finally placed in a wooden box.

No, as we value the requirement of our customers, we do not have a minimum order quantity of any tailor made products.

We ship the product through all modes of transportion depending upon the weight of product.

For light weight, samples are shipped through courier whereas medium duty and heavy duty items are shipped through road through respective logistics team.

Yes, we have our own factory with area where we manufacture our products.

We are doing both Fabrication as well as Machining work from scratch. Including all categories our tentative in-house capacity is 1400-1500 Tonne per year.

Order after shipping can be tracked through the lorry receipt which is shared to the customer on email after dispatch of goods. With the LR copy, any customer can track their shipment. For export shipments, we have a separate logistics team that updates us about our shipment and we share the sams planning with our customer for better clarity on the delivery.
