Our COO Mr Shivam Arora received a message on one of his WhatsApp stories from an old prospect asking for “Do you supply Packer Spares? ” after our confirmation, we received a list of 36 items.

The next day we received an official requirement from the prospect saying that it’s a confirmed order requirement from an overseas buyer and we need to quote accordingly.
We quoted for most of the items within a week as there were no drawings provided and asked for more details on few items.

We shared with the prospect that there were few items we are not manufacturing, so they said we cannot go for multiple vendors if you can fill up the whole order by getting few items from outsourced partners, please go ahead with the whole list.

After 01 months of multiple interactions with the prospect, we received a Purchase Order for 30 items.
We made sure we produced samples of all the items within 15 working days as it was our first supply for this buyer.
