Baffle Plate

The Baffle Plates is used in Crusher part of the Cement Plant where the temperature is
more than 500oC so to withstand such temperature, Hardox 400 / 500 is used. Hardox
400 / 500 is both difficult to manufacture and is expensive as compared to other material.

Technical specification

• Our capacity is to bend upto 40mm thick Baffle Plate with Hardox material. Outer sizes
  are amendable.
• Weight can range upto 50 kg to 500 kg (depends upon size).
