Belt Pulley

Overview

Arora Engineering manufactures different types of Pulley including Head Pulley (Drive and Non Drive), Snub Pulley, Tail Pulley (Drive and Non Drive).The Pulley that we manufacture are key component of Belt Conveyor.

• Head Pulley: It is also known as the discharge pulley of the conveyor. It may be either an Idler pulley or a Drive Pulley. A Head Pulley is mounted on a boom and is termed as extended head pulley.
• Tail Pulley or Bend Pulley: It is a major component of Belt Conveyor. It is commonly used to change the running direction of the Conveyor Belt to increase the angle between conveyor drums.

We, Arora Engineering Works manufactures these Pullyes tailor made as per our client’s dimensional drawing. We also provide additional rubber lagging, crowning and grooving (Natural Rubber) on the pulley as per the standard requirement.

Our pulley are statically and dynamically balanced on balancing machine.

Our Pully are supplied to Mining, Cement, Gypsum, Sugar, Power Plants etc.
