Overview
Carrying Idler or Roller is an Idler upon which load carrying portion of Belting is supported. For each and every size of Belt requires different size of Idler.
As the name suggest, these idlers are used to carry Belt with Bulky material. This bulky material can be Limestone, Clinker etc. These idlers are designed and manufactured in such a way to move the belt smoothly. These Idlers can comprise upto 3 rollers to 5 rollers.

Testimony
- We at AEW has manufactured more than 20,000 idlers in a year for different clients as an example, Arora Engineering Works has supplied monthly 1,500 – 2,000 Carrying Idlers with Bracket and fittings to Manikgarh Cement Ltd. (Gadchandpur) for their 15 km Belt. These carrying idlers are tried and tested at MCL and we have been received quality appreciation from both the Purchase and User Department. The 15 km belt is used to transport Clinker from 1 part of the plant to the other part. In an Idler Frame Assembly it comprises of either 3 idlers or 5 idlers.
