Carrying Idler Frame

Overview

As the name suggest, Carrying Idler Frame is a frame that carries an Idler. It is of 2 types :-

1. 1. Three Idler Carrying Frame
   2. Five Idler Carrying Frame

The size of frame depends upon the Belt Width. For a 750 mm width Belt size, the Frame size will be different (height, diameter, angle) till 2000 mm.

Arora Engineering manufactures all type of Idler Frames from Carrying Idler frame to Return Idler frame.

Application

• Belt size ranges from 600 mm to 2000 mm.
• Our frames are used in Cement Plants, Power Plants, Sugar Plants etc.
• The MOC of the Frames supplied by us in Cement Plants and Sugar Plants is Mild Steel but in Power Plants, due to high temperature we manufacture and supply Frames in Stainless Steel.
