Filling Nozzle

Overview

It is used in an Electronic Roto Packer in Packing Plant in a cement plant. These filling nozzles are used in Rotary Packer from Single Spout Machine to 16 spout machine. As the name suggest, Filling Nozzle is used for filling loose cement in Woven Bags.

Specification

• AEW made Filling Nozzle are manufactured in various materials & sizes. Material ranging from MS, SS 202, SS 304 etc.
• Size : 50, 55,60.

A Flange (as per Client’s drg/sample) is welded at the bottom of the pipe. Flange is completely machined as per the desired drawing sizes. A flange generally have 3 holes which is bolted to the Impeller plate which is then joined with the Packer. AEW Filling Nozzle generally weighs from 1 kg to 2 kg per piece. AEW give assurity for life of 4000 to 4500 working hours in a 24 hr working plant.
