Reclaimer Bucket/Conveying Blade

Overview

A reclaimer is a large machine which is used in bulk material handling application. The reclaimer can reclaim/bring various types of material from both sides of the track which is discharged onto the conveyor by the bucket fitted to the bucket wheel body and the conveyor feeds the material onto the main line conveyor.

Reclaimer Bucket is also known as Conveying Blade or Reclaimer Stacker. The Bucket reclaimer can typically move in 3 different directions i.e. horizontally along the rail, vertically by “luffing” its boom & rotationally by slewing its boom.

Main purpose for Buckets is to do raw material handling and moving large amount of bulk material in the shortest possible time. It is used for handling volumes of coal, limestone, ore and other material in power plant, steel plant, cement plants etc.

In Scraper Blade, Teeth is welded on the sides of the Bucket which has their tip hard faced upto 58 – 62 HRC
