Tipper Frame Assembly

Overview

A Tipper Frame Assembly is used in Packing Plant in a Cement plant. It is a crucial part of an adjusting electronic packer. A Tipper Frame Assembly is the male (movable) part and Spout Supporting Frame is the female (non movable) part. As after filling of woven bag with cement upto 50 kg (Standard Cement Bag) the tipper frame assembly helps in guiding the cement bag towards the bag discharged belt. Approx weight of complete assembly is 20-25 kgs per assembly.

• Channel (40 X 20 X 5mm thk. X 340 length) = 2 nos per assembly
• Channel (40 X 20 X 5mm thk. X 163 length) = 2 nos per assembly
• Channel (65 X 65 X 6mm thk. X 306 length) = 1 nos per assembly
• Spherical Bearing ( GE 15 SKF) = 02 nos per assembly
• Bush = 02 nos
• Shaft = 01 no
• Lock Bush = 02 nos
• L-N Grub Screw M4 = 02 nos

Material for all the components is Mild Steel (IS 2062 except Bearing and Shaft). Material for bearing is GE 15. Shaft material is EN 8.
